1. The service

KeepCommit helps you set reminders and wake-up calls, track money owed (IOUs) and promises, manage family and medicine reminders, and run staff attendance, advances, and salary records ("Staff Hisaab") — all through WhatsApp. It is an organizational and record-keeping tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and have a valid WhatsApp account.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
• You remain in control of any message KeepCommit helps you draft. Money and follow-up messages are prepared as drafts that you choose to send — KeepCommit does not send messages to third parties on your behalf automatically.
• Keep your WhatsApp number and device secure.
• Family members you add confirm through a join flow before family features apply to them. Staff records (attendance, advances, salary) are entered by you, the account owner — only record staff information where you are entitled to do so, and inform your staff. Anyone whose details are recorded can message STOP to stop receiving messages or request deletion of their data (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You may not use KeepCommit for any unlawful, abusive, harassing, or spam activity, for unlawful debt collection, or to infringe anyone's rights. You may not resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Not professional advice

KeepCommit is not a financial, legal, accounting, or medical advisor. Medicine reminders do not confirm dosage or timing correctness — always follow your doctor or prescription. Money tracking is for your own record-keeping and is not financial or legal advice.

6. Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). Charges, billing cycles, and taxes are shown at the time of purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Third-party services

KeepCommit operates on top of WhatsApp (Meta) and other third-party infrastructure. Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for outages, delays, or changes in those services.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and cannot guarantee that reminders or messages will always be delivered on time, as delivery depends on WhatsApp and network availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhoolnamanahai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including losses arising from a missed reminder or reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months before the claim.

10. Intellectual property

The KeepCommit name, logo, and software are owned by Bhoolnamanahai. You may not use them without written permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bokaro, Jharkhand.
